Premium Rush & The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel: Comparatives with Nouns and Adjectives

I simply love The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and its cultural conflicts and good humor. I used these scenes to practice comparatives of adjectives and nouns.

I. Watch both segments. Write (C) if you consider that the items below are more evident in the cyclist scene in  New York traffic. Write (T) if you think it is in the riding a tuk tuk's scene in India. Write (B) if it applies to both equally.

Dear Gisa,
There are more than 700 videos. It will be impossible for me to do it. All this work is done by myself, with no one's help, and it is a free site, also an ad-free blog. Please, try downloading the segments straight from my wiki using the links in the end of the post or use Firefox/Mozilla. You can download a free software called VIDEOS DOWNLOAD HELPER that is a complement for Firefox. It is easy and that's what I do when I wanto to download videos from other sites. I hope you will manage it.

Dear Claudio,
Thank you so much for this great blog to review and assess grammar through films.I love movies and I will use your lessons with my students as I find them highly motivating. There is a good selection of movies and a lot of grammar points are dealt with. I will definitely recommend your blog to other English teachers.

Dear Claudio,
This is amazing! Grammar lessons sometimes seems to be a little monotonous to students and teachers also find it challenging to plan different ways every time. This is going to be a great help for me and my colleagues as I am going to share it with others.I hope that's acceptable. Moreover, as an ESL teacher, I believe it will increase students' listening and viewing skills also. Children enjoy movie and I enjoy when they enjoy their learning. This is a great resource for teaching and learning through FUN!Even you have included the worksheets and teaching ideas! Thank you so much!
